Individual users and athletes get a Free plan with the core daily tools: workout logging, quick sessions, cardio and activity logging, basic meal logging, and one active training programme you build yourself.

Individual Member (Premium) unlocks the full exercise library, calorie and macro targets with nutrition analysis, multiple active programmes, progress reports and charts, weekly smart summaries, progress photos, and gym discovery.

Personal trainers, gyms, gym chains, hotels, and corporate organisations require a paid plan to access their professional management features — there is no free tier for business accounts.

Individual users get a 5-day free trial of Individual Member (Premium), which you start yourself from your dashboard when you are ready — the days do not tick away before you have had a chance to use it. One trial per account.

Trainers get a free trial period on sign-up. Gym, hotel, and corporate plans do not include a trial — those are set up with our team.

No, not unless you choose to be.

AtgoraX subscriptions are prepaid, fixed-period purchases. You pay once for the period you chose, and when it ends nothing further is charged by default.

Automatic renewal is optional and switched off unless you turn it on. If you enable it, we charge your saved card on the period-end date for the same duration. It requires a saved card — M-Pesa authorisations cannot be reused for automatic charges. You can switch auto-renewal off, or remove your card, at any time in your billing settings.

Yes.

If auto-renewal is off, there is nothing to cancel — your plan simply ends when the period you paid for ends, and you keep full access until that date.

If auto-renewal is on, switch it off before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Turning it off does not shorten your current period.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable. See our Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy for the specific cases where we do refund in full.

Nothing is deleted. After expiry there is a short read-only grace period where your history stays viewable, and after that the paid features lock — but your data stays. If you are a trainer, your clients keep full access to their own history throughout.

Your data is never deleted because a subscription lapsed, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. At checkout you can pay with:

• Mobile money — M-Pesa (Kenya) and other supported mobile money networks in your region
• Cards — Visa and Mastercard (and Verve where supported)

Available methods depend on your country and on your Paystack-supported region. We never see or store your card number.

No. AtgoraX records your membership plans, member status, and renewal dates so you can track who has paid and when they are due — but member fees are collected by your gym, outside the app, however you collect them today. The AtgoraX subscription you pay is separate from your members’ gym fees.
