Bringing a visitor

You can bring a guest to the gym with a visitor pass — no account needed for them.

Issuing one

Create the pass for the date your guest is coming. You get a short code to send them. At the gym, the front desk enters that code and your guest is in.

• A pass is single-use and valid for the date on it only.
• You can issue up to 5 passes a day.
• Every pass records you as the host.

Cancelling

Cancel any pass you have issued but not used — plans change. A used pass cannot be cancelled; it has already been recorded as a visit.

Your passes are also cancelled automatically if your own gym access is suspended or you move out.

What management sees

Management sees that a pass was issued and by whom, and whether it was redeemed. Visitor usage appears in their estate reports as a count. Your guest does not get an account and does not appear anywhere else in AtgoraX.
