Client goals & adherence

Every client has a Goals tab on their detail screen. It is the clinical view of the person: what they told you at setup, what they are actually doing, and where the two disagree.

  • Their goal and targets — the goal they chose, plus the calorie, macro, water, sleep and step targets AtgoraX calculated from their profile. See Your targets.
  • Injury and medical flags — what they declared in their profile, as chips you can read at a glance before you programme anything.
  • 14-day adherence — how consistently they have hit each target, as tiles and compliance bars.
  • Calories and protein — charted against their target line.
  • Sleep and recovery — their nights charted, with their current recovery state.
  • Weight trend — plotted against their goal weight.
  • Their own goals — the goals the client set for themselves, with progress.

The trends matter more than any single day. A client whose calories track the line but whose sleep chart is falling is a different conversation from one who is sleeping fine and under-eating — and the recovery badge tells you whether this is the week to push intensity.

Flags are self-declared. Treat them as the start of a conversation, not a clearance: AtgoraX does not screen clients medically, and you remain responsible for your own professional judgement. See Legal acceptance.

The tab needs the client to have completed at least the first stage of their fitness profile. Until they do, it shows an empty state — nudge them to finish it, since their targets and your charts both depend on it.

Adherence and trends read from daily summaries, refreshed nightly, so they show activity up to the last refresh rather than the last few minutes — the same basis as client analytics. Sleep and recovery are worked out live from their logged nights.
