Visitor passes
A visitor pass lets a resident’s guest use the gym once, on a named date, without creating an account for them.
How a pass works
Section titled “How a pass works”- Issued — management or a resident creates a pass for a date. It gets a short random code.
- Redeemed — your front desk enters the code when the guest arrives. That redemption is the visit record.
- Cancelled — an unused pass can be cancelled by whoever issued it, and is cancelled automatically if the hosting resident is suspended or moves out.
A pass is single-use and tied to its date, so a code cannot be passed around or reused later.
Who can issue passes
Section titled “Who can issue passes”- Management — any number, from the Visitor passes page.
- Residents — up to 5 per day each, from their own app, so a resident can bring a friend without going through the office.
Every pass records the resident hosting it. Before a pass is redeemed, AtgoraX re-checks that the host is still a live, active resident.
At the front desk
Section titled “At the front desk”Desk staff redeem passes from Front desk in the staff app. On an estate the desk is pass-first: search by unit or resident, or enter the pass code directly. Give desk staff the permission from their staff profile — see Assign trainers & staff.
In your reports
Section titled “In your reports”Redeemed passes are counted as visitor usage in Reports. They are deliberately kept separate from resident check-ins, so your occupancy and member-activity figures stay about residents.
