Progress media

Clients can upload progress photos and videos so you can track how they’re going.

Privacy

Section titled “Privacy”

Progress media is private — only the client and their connected coach (you) can view it. Viewing links are generated fresh and expire after 1 hour, so they can’t be shared or leaked.

Limits

Section titled “Limits”
  • Video up to 100 MB, images up to 10 MB.
  • Allowed types: MP4 video, JPEG/PNG/WebP images.

Deleted media is soft-deleted and permanently purged after 30 days.
