AtgoraX launches early September 2026. These guides are published ahead of launch — the app is not open to the public yet. Get launch updates.

The first time you sign in, AtgoraX walks you through a short profile setup. Everything else in the app — your calorie and macro targets, your recovery read-out, which exercises get recommended — is calculated from what you enter here.

It runs in three stages. Only the first is required.

Your basics (date of birth, height, current weight), your goals, and how active you are day to day. If a goal is weight-related you can add a goal weight and a target date.

You can pick more than one goal. Most people are chasing two or three things at once — losing fat while getting stronger, say — so the goal step is a multi-select rather than a single choice. The first goal you select is your primary goal, and that is the one your calorie and macro targets are built from. The rest still shape the app: you get guidance for each goal you chose, and your sleep target follows whichever selected goal needs the most rest. See Your targets.

Finish Stage 1 and AtgoraX immediately shows you your targets — calories, macros, water, sleep and steps — with a health disclaimer to acknowledge before you go on.

Where you train, the equipment you can reach, how many days a week and how long per session, and any nutrition preferences. This shapes the programmes and meals AtgoraX suggests.

A short mobility self-check, any injuries or problem areas, your sleep, stress and sitting patterns, and any medical flags. This is what lets AtgoraX steer you away from movements that would aggravate something — see Daily goal & Smart Suggestions.

Every section saves on its own, and Stages 2 and 3 have Skip for now. If you close the app halfway, reopening it picks up at the first section you have not finished. Nothing is lost.

You must be 16 or older to complete a fitness profile.

Everything here is editable at any time from your fitness profile page — your targets recalculate when you save.
