AtgoraX is coming soon. These guides are published ahead of launch — the app is not open to the public yet. Get launch updates.

Card 1 on Meals is Meal plan, and it has three sections.

SectionWhat it holds
Current planEvery other day of the plan you are following. Today’s menu is on Today’s meals.
My plansEvery plan you built, as cards — including ones you are not following.
SuggestedDrafts the app builds for you.

If a trainer coaches you, plans they assigned appear here too.

Your meals are yours to run. A facility instructor coaches your workouts; meal plans are a Personal Trainer tool, which an instructor has only if they added it themselves. So, depending on your instructor:

  • Most of the time — Meals opens on Meal plan → Today’s meals → History, with nothing about your trainer. Build a plan for as long as you like — three weeks, a month, 90 days — or take a suggested one.
  • If your instructor has the Personal Trainer tools — Meals shows From your trainer, with the plan they set, and they can write your menu.

A plan is a set of days, one row per weekday — not a short rotation that drifts out of step with the calendar. Sunday is Sunday.

Each day holds meal times (Breakfast, Lunch, a custom name), and each meal time holds foods. Leave a day empty and it reads as eat freely — it is not a missed day.

Targets apply to every day of the plan unless a day sets its own.

Open a plan and you get the week as cards: each day’s meal times, its calories against target, and which days are free. Tap a day to edit it in place. Copy duplicates one day’s menu onto another. For everything at once, there is a link to the full builder.

Your edits save as you make them. You never press anything just to save.

Start is not a save button, and it asks before it does anything:

Start this plan today? ”…” becomes the plan you follow from today, Day 1. Any plan you are following now stops.

It is confirmed because it resets your day count and adherence. One tester restarted the same plan eleven times treating Start as “done”.

Suggested holds drafts built from what you have actually been eating and training, against your targets and the food library.

Starting one makes it yours to edit — and it does not replace anything your coach assigned. Review it first, then start it.

The Foods pill in the header opens the food library — the searchable list of foods with their portions and macros, which is where foods come from wherever you are adding them. Search works word by word, so “chicken rice” finds the thing you meant.

This is a personal trainer who invited you, or a facility instructor with the Personal Trainer tools.

  • Their plan is the one you follow; your own plans stay in My plans and are not deleted.
  • You can still log anything you actually ate, whether or not it was on the plan — that is the point of a food diary.
  • Notes you write on a day are visible to them. The app says so where you write them.
