Your programmes & adherence

Your Programmes screen has two tabs: Active for what you are training right now, and History for everything you have finished.

The programme your trainer assigned, laid out day by day. Your Today screen pulls the current session out of it so you usually do not have to come here at all — open Programmes when you want to look ahead, or repeat a day you have already done.

Each programme shows an adherence percentage — the share of scheduled sessions you actually completed, measured against the calendar of the programme so far. Rest days are not counted against you, and days still in the future are not counted either. It only ever measures days that have already come round.

Adherence appears on your programme card, in History, and on your Today screen, and your trainer sees the same number — see Client goals & adherence.

When a programme’s duration runs out it moves to History with a badge summarising how it went:

BadgeWhat it means
In progressThe programme is still running.
CompleteYou finished with 80% adherence or higher.
PartialThe programme ended and you completed some sessions, but under 80%.
IncompleteThe programme ended with no sessions logged.

The badge is descriptive, not a punishment — life happens, and a Partial programme still leaves every session you did log intact in your records.

If you have no active programme, or the current one has run out, your Programmes screen offers a request a programme action that tells your trainer you are ready for the next block. You can also just message them.

If you are not working with a trainer, you build your own programmes instead — see Build your own programme. Adherence, history and the completion badges work exactly the same way.
