Voice & video calls
You can call your clients from inside AtgoraX — voice or video, one to one, with no third-party meeting link to send.
Who you can call
Section titled “Who you can call”Only people you actually work with:
- Trainers — the clients you have invited and who are active on your plan.
- Gym instructors — the members assigned to you.
There is no way to call someone outside that relationship — the check runs on the server every time a call is set up, not just when the button is drawn.
Either side can start the call. Your client can call you as readily as you can call them.
What is included in your plan
Section titled “What is included in your plan”Live calling starts at the second tier of the trainer ladder.
| Plan | Video minutes per month |
|---|---|
| Trainer Starter | Not included |
| Trainer Growth | 300 |
| Trainer Pro | 1,200 |
Voice calls are never metered. Only video draws on the allowance, so unlimited audio check-ins stay available all month regardless of your video usage. You pick voice or video when you dial, and the choice is enforced on the connection itself — a voice call cannot quietly turn the camera on.
Minutes are counted against your subscription, not your client’s, whichever of you started the call. Your client never needs a plan of their own.
Scheduled check-ins
Section titled “Scheduled check-ins”You can schedule a call rather than dialling on the spot, including a weekly recurring check-in. Each occurrence is its own entry, so moving just this week’s call is an ordinary edit and does not disturb the rest of the series.
While you are on a call
Section titled “While you are on a call”Your side of the call carries a coaching panel: where the client is in their programme, their recent adherence, weight trend, recent sessions, and their injury and medical flags first. It is there so you are not talking blind or switching screens mid-session.
The panel is yours alone — the client does not see a mirror of it, and your private coach notes stay private.
After a call
Section titled “After a call”A short summary card — “Video call · 12:34”, or “Missed call” — is dropped into your chat thread with that client, so the history of your working relationship stays in one place. It never arrives as an unread message.
Who is worth a call
Section titled “Who is worth a call”AtgoraX surfaces up to five clients worth reaching out to, ordered by how much they have drifted: no activity at all in 14 days, no session in 10 or more days, compliance down sharply on the previous week, never called, or not called in 30 days.
Calls are never recorded
Section titled “Calls are never recorded”AtgoraX does not record calls — not audio, not video, not transcripts. Only the metadata is kept: who called whom, when, whether it connected, and how long it lasted. Screen sharing is not available on either call type.
Our processor for call delivery is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Not included
Section titled “Not included”Group and cohort calls are not part of this release — calls are strictly one to one. Class scheduling and booking are separate and still on the roadmap.
