Voice & video calls with your trainer

If your gym has assigned you an instructor, the two of you can talk live inside AtgoraX — voice or video.

• Either of you can start the call. You do not need a subscription of your own; live calling comes out of your gym’s plan.
• Only your assigned instructor can call you. Other gym staff cannot, and neither can other members.
• Your instructor may schedule a check-in with you, including a weekly one.

You will get a ring on your phone even when the app is closed, as long as notifications are allowed.

Calls are never recorded

No audio, no video, no transcripts. Only the record that a call took place — who, when, whether it connected, and how long — which shows as a short card in your chat thread. Screen sharing is not available.

If it will not connect

Allow your browser access to the camera and microphone, and use the device check from the call screen. Calls need a live data connection, unlike logging, which works offline.
