Apartment plans

Apartment and estate plans come in two shapes.

• Single Apartment / Residential Estate — one residential community: resident registration and QR gym access, visitor passes and access control, community fitness challenges, usage tracking and reports.
• Multiple Estates / Property Groups — for property groups and developers: a central dashboard across all properties, multi-admin access for management teams, estate-wide insights and advanced reporting.

How accounts are set up

Apartment accounts are arranged with our team, not bought online. Register as an Apartment / Estate account and we will size the plan with you against the number of residents and facilities you run, then activate it. Larger developers and estate groups can be quoted a custom package.

Residents do not pay

Residents use AtgoraX as part of their building’s amenity — there is no resident subscription and AtgoraX does not collect any service-charge or membership money on your behalf. A resident who also wants the paid individual features can buy those separately for themselves.
