AtgoraX launches early September 2026. These guides are published ahead of launch — the app is not open to the public yet. Get launch updates.

Voice & video calls with your coach

You and your coach can talk live inside AtgoraX — voice or video, no meeting link to join and nothing else to install.

Either of you can start the call. You do not have to wait to be called, and you never need your own subscription for it — live calling comes out of your coach’s plan, like everything else they provide you.

You will get a ring on your phone even if the app is closed, provided you have allowed notifications.

Your coach may also schedule a call with you, including a standing weekly check-in.

Your coach’s screen shows a coaching panel: where you are in your programme, your recent adherence, your weight trend, and the injury and medical flags you entered in your fitness profile. It is the same information they can already see about you — it is just on screen while you talk so they are not hunting for it.

AtgoraX does not record your calls — no audio, no video, no transcripts. What is kept is only the record that a call happened: who, when, whether it connected and how long it lasted. That record appears as a short card in your chat thread so you can both see your history together.

Screen sharing is not available, in either direction.

Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone, and try the device check page from the call screen. On a phone, a call needs a working data connection — unlike logging, calls cannot happen offline.
