Build a meal plan
Build a nutrition plan the same way you build a program.
- Open Meal plans → New plan.
- Add meals day by day.
- Review the built-in nutrition analysis as you go — it totals the day’s nutrition so you can balance the plan.
- Assign the plan to your client.
Your client sees the plan alongside their training and can log meals against it — including offline.
Meal times
Section titled “Meal times”Every plan starts with the four standard slots — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack — but you are not limited to them. You can add your own named meal times and use them like any other slot: Brunch, Pre-workout, Post-workout, Supper, Iftar, whatever the client actually eats to.
- Give the slot a name of up to 40 characters.
- Standard slots are listed first, then your custom ones in the order you added them.
- Custom slots work everywhere the standard ones do — reminders, logging, nutrition analysis and the client’s meal screen.
This matters for clients on shift work, split training days, or eating patterns that do not fit three meals and a snack.
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”Any meal in the plan can carry an optional reminder time, and the client gets a notification then to log it. Reminders respect the client’s own notification settings — see Notifications.
