Editing your profile & measurements
Your fitness profile page
Section titled “Your fitness profile page”Everything from setup lives on its own Fitness profile page, reachable from your profile settings. It shows how complete your profile is and lets you re-open any of the sections — basics, goals, activity, preferences, movement and health.
The edit form is the same form you filled in during setup, so the two can never drift apart or ask for slightly different things.
Save a change and anything derived from it — your calorie and macro targets, water, sleep, the exercises you get recommended — updates with it.
Body measurements
Section titled “Body measurements”Measurements are recorded per date, so you build a history rather than overwriting one number. Logging the same date again updates that day’s entry.
Measurements feed the weight and body trends on your progress screens, and — if you train with a coach — the trend charts in their view of you.
Who can see this
Section titled “Who can see this”- Training on your own? Nobody else sees your profile.
- Invited by a trainer? Your trainer sees your profile, targets, adherence and the injury and medical flags you entered — that is the point of having one. See Client goals & adherence.
- In a gym, estate, hotel or company programme? Management sees engagement aggregates, not your health information.
