When a client asks to leave
Clients can end coaching themselves from their own settings. You are notified as soon as they do, and you have a seven-day window before it takes effect.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”A notification tells you the client has requested to end coaching, and the request appears in your leave requests inbox on your dashboard. If they left a message explaining why, you see it there.
Your options
Section titled “Your options”Approve it now. If the client has already moved on, approve the request and the relationship ends immediately. It is a courtesy, not an obligation.
Do nothing. The request completes automatically after seven days. You do not need to act for it to resolve.
The client can also cancel their own request during those seven days — if you talk it through and they change their mind, they cancel and nothing happens.
Use the seven days well
Section titled “Use the seven days well”The window is there for a clean handover:
- Finish or close off the current programme block.
- Send any final notes, plan or assessment through messages.
- Export or note anything you need for your own records.
What happens when it completes
Section titled “What happens when it completes”- The client leaves your roster and frees a slot against your plan limit — see Trial & plans.
- You lose access to their data: logs, progress media, measurements and their profile.
- Your own content — the programmes and meal plans you built — stays in your library and can be reused with other clients.
- The client keeps their account and their full history, and carries on training on their own.
Removing a client yourself
Section titled “Removing a client yourself”You can also end the relationship from your side, from the client’s detail screen. The effect is the same, and the client keeps their account and history.
