Programs & adherence
Programs is the when + what of your training. It opens on four cards.
The four cards
Section titled “The four cards”| # | Card | What it opens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Program | The program you are following, laid out day by day. Shows “Following: …” when one is running. |
| 2 | My Today’s Workout | Today’s session, ready to log. The highlighted card — see Today’s workout. |
| 3 | My Workout Templates | Workouts you saved to repeat — see My Workout Templates. |
| 4 | History | Past sessions and finished programs. |
If a trainer designs your workouts, the front page is a little different: a strip at the top says who sets your program (From your trainer · Sam), and My Workout Templates appears only with the Individual add-on — see below.
Following a program
Section titled “Following a program”The Program page lays out every day of the program in order, with the current one marked. Today’s workout pulls the current session out of it, so on most days you never need to open this page — come here to look ahead, to reschedule a day, or to jump to a day you missed.
Cardio scheduled on a program day shows on that day too, and again under Cardio. It is the same session in both places, not two.
Who builds the program
Section titled “Who builds the program”-
If a trainer, gym instructor, estate instructor or hotel trainer coaches you, your workouts are designed by them: they create, assign and monitor your programs, and you complete and log them. Building, choosing or swapping workouts of your own needs the Individual add-on — without it, a day with nothing planned offers to message or call your trainer instead. Cardio is always yours to start.
-
If you train on your own (a member, or a trainer training themselves), you build your own. Create program opens on a choice first:
- Quick build — recommended. A short guided wizard.
- Full builder — every option, day by day.
From week 2 onwards the wizard offers both copy the previous week and start blank.
Adherence
Section titled “Adherence”Every program carries an adherence percentage — the share of scheduled sessions you actually completed, measured against the program’s calendar so far.
- Rest days are never counted against you.
- Days still in the future are not counted either.
- It only ever measures days that have already come round.
Adherence appears on the program card, in History, and on your Today screen. If a trainer coaches you, they see exactly the same number — see Client goals & adherence.
When you train something else
Section titled “When you train something else”(For someone coached, that means a workout of their own — which needs the Individual add-on.)
If a session was due and you trained something different that day instead, that day is recorded as swapped. It counts in the total that was due, but it is never counted as done or as missed — and the missed-workout reminder stays quiet. You trained; you just did not train that.
History and the completion badge
Section titled “History and the completion badge”When a program’s duration runs out it moves to History with a badge:
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| In progress | The program is still running. |
| Complete | You finished with 80% adherence or higher. |
| Partial | The program ended and you completed some sessions, but under 80%. |
| Incomplete | The program ended with no sessions logged. |
The badge describes what happened — it is not a punishment. A Partial program still leaves every session you logged intact in your records.
History also carries a day picker, so you can open any past date and read back exactly what you did, cardio included.
Asking for a new program
Section titled “Asking for a new program”With no active program — or once the current one has run out — the Program page offers request a program, which tells your trainer you are ready for the next block. You can also just message them.
If nobody coaches you, build the next one yourself, or start from a suggestion.
