Daily goal & Smart Suggestions

The daily goal screen is the one place that answers “how is today going?”.

  • Calories — eaten and burned against your target, with what is left.
  • Macros — protein, carbs and fats as bars, with remaining grams.
  • Water, sleep and steps — today against each target.
  • Recovery — your current state and what it means today. See Sleep & hydration.
  • Smart Suggestions — what to prioritise, and what to go easy on.
  • Your goals — progress on the goals you set yourself.

A shorter version of this sits on your home screen as a widget, so you see where you are without opening anything.

Suggestions on this screen are drawn from your profile and your recent logs together — injuries and problem areas, your mobility self-check, sleep and recovery, stress, how much you sit, your BMI band, your experience level and your goal. Each one gives you something to do and, where it matters, something to avoid, with a route into the exercise library for the right kind of work.

Like everywhere else in AtgoraX, they are rule-based — published fitness and nutrition principles applied to your data, not a chatbot, and not medical advice.

The same engine drives a Recommended for you set in the exercise library: exercises picked for your goal and filtered against your injuries, your equipment and your current recovery.

The widget and screen need Stage 1 of your fitness profile before they can show targets. Until then they prompt you to finish it.

Alongside the calculated targets you can set your own goals — a weight, a measurement, a habit — and track them here. You can have up to 10 active goals at a time; complete or remove one to add another.
