AtgoraX launches early September 2026. These guides are published ahead of launch — the app is not open to the public yet. Get launch updates.

Residents & access

Residents are your roster, held by unit number so you always know who lives where.

  • You add them — you create the resident against their unit and email, and they claim the account from that invitation.
  • They join themselves — you share your property’s invite code, and the resident enters it with their email. A one-time code sent to that email confirms it is really them, and they pick their unit as they join.

Both routes end in the same place: an active resident who can check in at the gym and use the training app.

Invite codes are per property, so a resident joining Tower B cannot land in Tower A. Create, share and deactivate them from Invite codes. Deactivating a code stops new joins; it never removes residents who already joined with it.

  • Suspend access — switch a resident to inactive when access should stop (arrears, a dispute, a temporary hold). They keep their account and history.
  • Move-out — remove a resident when they leave the building.

Either action also cancels that resident’s outstanding visitor passes dated today or later, so a departing resident cannot leave working passes behind. Passes already redeemed are left alone — they are the record of a past visit.

A resident is not just a keycard on your roster. They get the full training app — their fitness profile and targets, logging, challenges, and the ability to rate the facility. Those ratings roll up into your reports.
