AtgoraX launches early September 2026. These guides are published ahead of launch — the app is not open to the public yet. Get launch updates.

As soon as you finish Stage 1 of your profile, AtgoraX calculates a set of daily targets and shows them to you.

TargetWhat it is
BMIYour body mass index and its category, from your height and weight.
BMR / TDEEThe energy you burn at rest, and in total once your activity level is counted.
CaloriesYour daily calorie target, adjusted for your goal.
Protein, carbs, fatsYour macro split in grams, from that calorie target.
WaterA daily hydration target scaled to your body and activity.
SleepA nightly sleep target, adjusted for your goal.
StepsA daily step target.

The calculations are standard, published formulas — not a black box and not a guess. Your body metrics give BMR, your activity level scales that to TDEE, and your goal shifts the calorie target up or down from there. Macros, water and sleep follow from those.

They are always calculated on our servers from your saved profile, so the same numbers appear everywhere: your daily goal screen, your logging screens, your weekly summaries, and your trainer’s view if you have one.

You can select more than one goal in your profile. They are not averaged into something vague — each target is resolved deliberately:

TargetWith multiple goals
Calories and macrosBuilt from your primary goal — the first one you selected. Two goals can pull the calorie target in opposite directions, so one has to lead.
SleepThe highest target among your selected goals, so the most demanding goal is the one you rest for.
Suggestions and insightsYou get guidance for each goal you chose, labelled so you can tell which goal a tip is serving.

To change which goal leads, reorder your selection in your profile — whichever you pick first becomes the primary.

Your targets recalculate whenever you save a change that affects them — a new weight, a different goal, a change in activity level. You do not have to redo the setup.

Your progress against these targets each day is on the daily goal screen, and hydration and sleep have their own hub — see Sleep & hydration.

Targets are a guide, not a prescription. If you are managing a health condition, are pregnant, or are working with a clinician or dietitian, follow their numbers over these — see the Health & Fitness Disclaimer.
